Job Description

As a Learning Manager, you’ll be answerable for planning, executing, and comparing training packages to aid worker development, operational excellence, and guest delight. You will collaborate with branch heads, HR, and senior management to align mastering initiatives with Hyatt’s service requirements and business dreams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor gaining knowledge of and improvement strategies tailor-made to motel and logo desires
  • Conduct orientation packages and compliance training for brand spanking new hires
  • Facilitate workshops, service lifestyle education, and management improvement classes
  • Partner with department managers to become aware of schooling wishes and performance gaps
  • Monitor schooling effectiveness thru remarks, performance monitoring, and business consequences
  • Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s international L&D frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Drive engagement in e-mastering systems and mastering management systems (LMS)
  • Support succession planning, career pathing, and expertise pipeline development
  • Promote a way of life of continuous studying and improvement throughout the organisation

✅ Required Qualifications

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, or a associated area
  • Professional certifications in L&D or HR (e.G., CPLP, SHRM, CIPD) are a plus

👩‍💼 Experience:

  • 3–five years of enjoy in a learning and improvement or schooling position, ideally in hospitality
  • Prior experience in delivering both gentle-abilties and compliance schooling
  • Familiarity with inn operations is positive

🧠 Skills:

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Strong communique and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to control more than one projects and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (e.G., Saba, Cornerstone)
  • Passion for worker growth, empowerment, and engagement
