Job Description
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering insights into overall economic performance, partnering with business leaders to drive growth, and dealing with the budgeting, forecasting, and lengthy-variety planning approaches.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the improvement of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets for assigned business units
- Provide actionable insights and strategic guidelines to senior finance and enterprise management
- Analyze economic consequences, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid operational and strategic selections
- Develop and maintain economic models to venture profitability, hazard publicity, and value optimization

✅ Required Qualifications
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
💼 Experience:
- Five+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or economic analysis in a huge organization
- Experience with financial reporting structures and corporate planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle)
🧠 Skills:
- Strong analytical, modeling, and quantitative competencies
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with records visualization gear like Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to interpret complex economic statistics and deliver clean, concise insights
- Strong communique and stakeholder control talents
- Ability to work under strain and meet tight cut-off dates
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in economic offerings or purchaser credit organizations
- Working understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance in a banking environment
- Ability to lead go-practical teams and affect choice-making with out direct authority
- Knowledge of SQL or different information analytics equipment is a plus
- Demonstrated enjoy helping product development, pricing, or patron acquisition teams
