Development Manager

Lead and oversee the Development Manager of the save you-to-stop software program or software groups, driving shipping excellence and technical innovation. You’ll collaborate with pass-beneficial stakeholders (Product, Ops, Infrastructure) to launch outstanding solutions meeting consumer requirements and industrial organisation desires.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Mentor and manage a group of builders, outline coding necessities, and ensure adherence to sound engineering practices.
• Delivery Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee assignment lifecycles—from requirement collecting to testing and production rollout.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks; stress adoption of Agile/DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a major touch with clients, Business, and IT stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and status.
• Quality & Performance: Monitor KPIs (e.g., lead time, infection costs); put into effect robust sorting out, code assessment, and regular performance optimization.
• Escalation & Risk Handling: Proactively discover undertaking/technical risks; put into effect mitigation plans and ensure employer continuity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 6–12+ years in software program development or utility shipping; 3+ years in people management or managerial roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong records in software program engineering (Java, .NET, or similar stacks), shape styles, databases, and cloud/internet offerings.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD toolchains, and release control.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional management, stakeholder communication, and venture control competencies under pressure.
• Education: A Bachelor’s diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or an associated subject is preferred.
