Job Description

Conctrix is ​​looking for a quality manager who would be responsible for quality assurance and leadership quality initiatives to ensure that procedures, services, and customer interactions are of the highest standards. This situation is about to oversee a quality analyst team, leading through the process to improve, and supporting general excellence in operations in various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct quality assurance procedures and guarantee that the company’s standards have been met.
  • Led and advised a group of quality analysts.
  • To expose the gaps, do an audit, call monitoring, and perform evaluations.
  • Work with operations and training teams to facilitate CX enrichment.
  • Research quality reports, generate insight, and suggest improvement in the process.
  • Follow customer requirements and follow the required regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead activities that stimulate productivity and customer service distribution.

Abilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or any other related field.
  • The work experience of a quality manager, eg, BPO/IT services, with the success track of the results.
  • Good understanding of quality management principles, equipment, techniques, and standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mutual communication skills.
  • Working with stakeholders of comfort as well as other departments at the team level.
  • Some training in Six Sigma, Lean, or so on is a plus.
