SDET Technical Lead

Wipro is hiring a SDET Technical Lead cable (test software development engineer) for the automation of management tests and guarantees the delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will direct a team of SDETs, design a test framework, and collaborate with developers and product teams to build scalable, reliable, and efficient applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Leader and be a mentor to an SDET team in the construction and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies and automation plans.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Make sure the integration of automated tests is in CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform code reviews and guarantee best practices in test automation.
• Identify, analyze, and solve defects in software systems.
• Provide technical guidance on tools, frames, and processes to improve quality.
• Stay updated with new test tools, technologies, and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor of Computing Engineering, or Related Field Sciences.
• Strong experience in software tests and automation frameworks.
• Competition in programming languages ​​such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Practical experience with test automation tools (for example, Selenium, Appium, Junit, Testng).
• IC/CD tools experience (for example, Jenkins, Gitlab, Azure Devops).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, a nd communication skills.
