Middleware Administrator

Capgemini is hiring a Middleware administrator to administer, configure, and manage Middleware technologies that connect applications and systems. In this role, it will guarantee operations without problems of Middleware platformsproblem-solvingem solving and will optimize performance to support critical business applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Middleware platforms (for example, Weblogic, Websphere, JBOSS, Tomcat).
• Monitor system performance and guarantee high application availability.
• Solve problems and solve incidents, and interruptions related to Middleware.
• Work with development equipment and operations to admit application implementations.
• Apply patches, updates, and safety corrections to Middleware environments.
• Automate tasks and improve system efficiency through command sequences.
• Guarantee compliance with organizational and security standards.
• Provide technical documentation and support for Middleware systems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor of Information Technology, Information Technology or Related Field.
• Strong practical experience with Middleware Technologies (Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, Tomcat, etc.).
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with the languages ​​of command sequences (Shell, Python, Perl).
• Knowledge of application servers, messaging systems, and integration tools.
• Experience with performance monitoring and adjustment tools.
• Stroproblem-solving and communication skills.
