• Preventive and corrective maintenance: Surface-mount technology (SMT) lines, scheduled and undetermined maintenance on refined production equipment, including lines, automated assembly systems, and testing mechanisms.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosis: Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and electronic defects quickly to reduce production disruption. This involves using diagnostic tools, reading skimatics,  and applying root cause analysis.
• Reducing downtime: React rapidly to the device of the tool and apply effective solutions to bring production back on track, making sure that the major performance indicator (KPI) is met.
• Spare Parts Management: Manage the list of important spare parts, ensure availability by optimizing cost, and reduce waste.
• Security and compliance: Strict adherence to and promotion of all security protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing environment. Ensure that all equipment meets operational safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain the exact log of maintenance activities, breakdown report, and equipment display data to help long-term analysis and planning.
• Continuous improvement: Actively participate in projects aimed at upgrading the equipment, improving maintenancprocesseses,, and increasing overall production efficiency (OE).
• Cooperation: Work closely with production teams, quality assurance, and other engineers to ensure a harmonious and efficient operating flow.
