Engineering Manager

Comcast is hiring an engineering manager, leading and advising a team of engineers while running the design, development and distribution of innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will oversee technical projects, ensure engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial goals of comcatast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head and management of a team of software or system engineers.
• Care for design, development and deployment of engineering solutions.
• Ensure that projects are found in time, circles and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Cooperate with product managers, architects and other teams to define requirements and strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, equipment and practices.
• Monitor system performance, solving problems, and implementing improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to guide innovation.

abilities and skills:

• Bachelor or master degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership or management roles.
• Strong background in software development, system engineering, or related domains.
• Experience on hands with modern technologies, development structures, or infrastructure equipment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solution and project management skills.
• Strong communication and mutual abilities to work in teams.
