Job Description
The Medtronic Virtual Participation Solutions is looking for a remote sales representative II to join the team. In this role, it will associate with health professionals through digital and remote channels, promote Medtronic products, and support customers with solutions that improve patient care. You will be responsible for using virtual platforms to promote sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and offer product knowledge and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal use of medical care suppliers and customers using remote and virtual equipment.
- Current and promoted the products and solutions of Medtronic to meet sales objectives.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- He collaborates with the field and marketing sales teams to guarantee an integrated experience for clients.
- Provide virtual training, performance, and support for Medtronic products.
- Monitor the sales yield and keep an accurate record in the CRM system.
- Keep updated on Medtronic products, industry trends, and competition activities
Abilities and skills:
- Degree in business, marketing, life science, or related field.
- Over 3-7 years of sales experience, ideally in medical care, drug products, or medical devices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with almost full participation ability.
- Competition with digital participation tools, CRM platforms, and remote cooperation software.
- Automotive, objective-oriented, and capable of functioning independently in a remote environment.
