Job Description
Google’s People Experience (PX) Team is looking for a Senior Service Strategy Activation Lead to help Google employees around the world. This role focuses on resuming data, technology, and A-operated solutions rented processes. You will lead the strategic initiative, participate with cross-functional teams, and design a framework that will improve employee experience by ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service model design strategy through data-powered analysis and problem structure.
- Employee Service Tour Build Measurement Infrastructure to identify UNMET requirements.
- To get an executive procurement to ROI, Impact Assessment, and Developing Professional Matters with a Resource Plan.
- Cooperate with products and technical teams to align service change initiatives with the technology roadmap.
- Drive cross-functional project teams to provide innovative service solutions.
- Support the AI system and intelligent operational initiative to improve HR service distribution.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, including cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Favorite Qualification:
- Certification in program management.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management.
- The ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express complex information clearly.
- Experience in leading projects focused on service distribution or human resource change is an advantage.
