Process Associate – Property & Casual Insurance

Genpact is looking for a process associate/developer to support its assets and casualties (P&C) insurance business. In this role, you will manage submission cases, premium booking, SG, and policy documentation for underwriters and brokers. You will ensure accuracy, complete the deadline, and maintain high-quality service distribution while working in a dynamic, fast-transport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the submission case (new business, renewal, and amendment) for underwriters to review.
• Book a premium in the system requested by underwriters.
• Prepare the policy draft and share it with the underwriter for approval.
• Share the final policy documents with brokers.
• Handle the workload effectively, meet the time limit, and service level goals.
• Complicated and professional in both written and spoken English.
• Support business goals and contribute to the process of improvement through analytics and technology.

Ability:

• Minimum: Any graduation (except for a technical background).
• Favorites: Pre-working experience in insurance or underwriting.
