Job Description

Adobe is demanding a Workfront Consultant to help customers maximize the value of Adobe Workfront by implementing, configuring, and optimizing the platforms to meet their business needs. You will work with stakeholders to understand the requirements, design workflow, and understand productivity, cooperation, and scalable solutions for running the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate with customers to collect business requirements and translate them into effective workfront solutions.
  • Configure the workfront, including custom form, report, dashboard, workflow, and integration.
  • Provide consultation on the best practices in project management, resource planning, and portfolio management within the Workfront
  • To adopt and distribute user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure success.
  • Cooperate with Adobe teams to provide technical and functional expertise.
  • Troubleshooting issues, recommendations for improvement, and system enlargement.
  • Stay current with Workfront features, updates, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Capacity:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems, or related field.
  • Experience working with Adobe Workfront in implementation or counseling capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of the functioning of project and portfolio management.
  • The ability to design workflows and automated processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-affected skills.
  • Experience with integration (eg, Adobe Experience Cloud, third-party equipment) is a plus.
