Job Overview

The city is seeking a Testing Intermediate Analyst – Officer knowledgeable in automation testing for the support of KYC projects and related activities. This position requires the individual to have strong technical knowledge, hands-on automation experience, and the skills to be able to lead the testing strategies, resulting in the speed, quality, and efficiency of the tests. The ability to create frameworks, test automation leadership, and coordination with teams from different geographical locations are the essential skills of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Frame the automation through the development of libraries, scripts, and relevant reusable units.
• Take control of the automation team and lead them through the different technical issues requiring your guidance in the manual.
• Work on various testing activities such as regression, integration, and completeness testing along with automation.
• Work with developers and business partners to come up with the requirements for the testing.
• Without human involvement, make the testing in the CI/CD pipeline ensure that the identification of errors is instant, as well as their feedback.
• Make the documentation of the tests in an elaborate way, upkeep the resource centres, and do code review tasks.
• Inflame the automation compass during KYC projects so that there is no deviation from the agreed KPIs.
• Implement SQL databases for handling and verifying test data.
• Use Postman or RestAssured to carry out API testing.
• Experiment, accept, and apply the new testing tools, the best practices, and the technology.
