About the Role

If you take the role of a Customer Service Representative at Synchrony, you will have the opportunity to be the point of contact with our cardholders and, thus, be able to offer them prompt and considerate help. The duties here entail engaging with customers through calls, complaint management, data updates, a nd transactions while at the same time being able to uphold the highest service standards. The position will allow you to be a decisive player in the process of forming long-lasting relations and taking the customer experience to a higher level by recommending products that will be useful. The job, apart from that, is also available as a work-from-home or work-in-office option, along with a step-wise career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from cardholders and provide answers to their questions in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Answer the customers’ questions, sales, and authorize them as well as keep accurate records.
• Keep up the good service that follows the company´s highest standards.
• Effectively handle various tasks via computer systems.
