Job Description

The SAP RTR Consultant will be chargeable for handing over quit-to-stop finance technique solutions in SAP, mainly specializing in general ledger (GL), bills payable (AP), money owed receivable (AR), constant belongings, and economic reporting. The consultant will paintings closely with business stakeholders, IT groups, and SAP help to implement, decorate, and help SAP solutions aligned with Concentrix’s finance transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Mapping: Understand and analyze Record to Report (RTR) commercial enterprise tactics and map them to SAP functionalities.
  • Solution Implementation: Lead or guide SAP RTR module implementation, configuration, checking out, and cross-live assist.
  • System Configuration: Configure SAP S/4HANA or ECC modules for finance which includes GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Bank Accounting.
  • Integration Support: Collaborate with different SAP modules (MM, SD, CO) and non-SAP systems for seamless financial integration.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance teams, enterprise customers, and venture managers to accumulate necessities and deliver effective SAP answers.
  • Testing & Documentation: Conduct unit trying out, integration checking out, UAT, and make sure right documentation of gadget configurations and user manuals.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide manufacturing help, resolve incidents, troubleshoot errors, and apply SAP notes or patches as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend manner improvements and endorse system improvements primarily based on emerging commercial enterprise needs and SAP improvements.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s diploma in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related subject; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Experience: 4–eight years of enjoy as an SAP RTR Consultant in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of RTR methods in SAP.
  • Hands-on enjoy in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting modules.
  • Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, CO modules.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, BAPI, and IDoc interfaces is a plus.
