Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you may be accountable for growing and nurturing high-fee B2B relationships to power enterprise consequences for both IKEA and its partners.
Your primary duties consist of:
- Manage and grow relationships with main commercial clients, builders, company buyers, and institutional companions
- Drive sales and sales extent by way of presenting tailored furnishing answers for huge-scale initiatives (e.G., workplaces, hospitality, real estate, education)
- Develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and oversee the entire sales cycle
- Identify new business possibilities and lead notion improvement in collaboration with the layout, logistics, and deliver groups
- Act as a liaison between IKEA’s internal departments and key external stakeholders
- Track and document account performance, customer feedback, and market tendencies
- Ensure splendid customer service and lengthy-term relationship constructing

✅ Required Qualifications
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- MBA or equal postgraduate degree is a plus
💼 Experience:
- 5+ years of B2B or key account control experience, ideally in retail, interiors, actual estate, or a provider-pushed enterprise
- Proven track file of exceeding income goals and building strategic partnerships

- Excellent communique and presentation talents
- Business acumen with a strategic and analytical attitude
- Proficiency in CRM gear and information analysis
- Ability to lead pass-functional groups and projects
- Familiarity with furnishing/interior layout is a plus
